Hot Stone Therapy is a deeply relaxing experience using hot sontes placed strategically on the body and used during the massage. Creates a feeling of well being and relieves sore and fatigued muscles.

SomaEnergetics Sound Therapy (working with Tuning Forks) with Kathy Valentine. SomaEnergetics is a gentle and non-invasive technique, achieved with the use of Tuning Forks. This process activates the flow of vital energy that may be blocked in the body by the life experiences which we store in our energy anatomy. Each fork is tuned to a specific frequency that resonates with a corresponding chakra and the body part that it governs. For about seven days after the session the frequencies will still be integrating and balancing the energy system. The sound may stop, but the frequency goes on. By using the art of Hair Analysis, Cathi Burke will be able to show you the right foods and supplements to take that are truly right for your body. She will do a full program for you including diet, supplement, metabolic food examples, recipes and energy techniques for your personal body requirements, along with cleansing procedures, and positive affirmations that promote healing. The cost includes 2 appointments with Cathi. In the first, you will spend 45 minutes with Cathi to go over all of your medical history and for the "clipping" of your hair. When the tests return to Cathi, another appointment will be scheduled, and you will spend 60-90 minutes going over your results and will be given a full report on what you can do to bring your body back into balance. Some of the many issues Hair Analysis has helped includes weight, migraines, fatigue, depression, anxiety, insomnia, allergies, immune system issues and much more.
