About Uplifting Connections
When we at Uplifting Connections help raise one person’s energy level, that person’s energy then helps others raise their energy, and so on. I believe that from our little corner of the world, we can increase the energy in the world, helping the world vibrate at increasingly higher levels, ultimately bringing more joy, health, and peace to us all.

Cafe
Come indulge in some healthy comfort food in our uplifting café. Our fabulous smoothies will keep you coming back for more – and they can pack a powerful punch of nutrients with our power shots (like whey or soy protein, multivitamins, and much more). We serve our cold drinks in greenware – made from corn and 100% biodegradable. And we support fairly traded and organic coffee and tea products by Equal Exchange, a great cause AND great products worth getting out of your car for!

Nutritional Microscopy
Nutritional Microscopy is about getting to the source of the problem through observation of the blood. Many people suffer from health challenges that go completely or partially unresolved for years and there are many of those people who have come to accept and live with their problem. Often, if they are being treated for the problem, that treatment is not truly healing or resolving the imbalance but causing further complications or side effects.
